  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas thawed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red Onion chopped
  • ½ cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 pcs Hard-Boiled Eggs sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas over the lettuce.
  3. 3. Spread a layer of mayonnaise over the peas.
  4. 4. Add a layer of sour cream over the mayonnaise.
  5. 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream.
  6. 6. Add a layer of chopped red onion over the cheese.
  7. 7. Top with crumbled bacon and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  8. 8. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
