Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes for serving

Instructions 

  1. Combine cucumbers and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  3. Add lime juice, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Serve over ice cubes. Enjoy!
