Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
Roll out to about ½ inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
