 - ¼ cup water
 - 1 tablespoon black pepper freshly ground
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - 1 teaspoon horseradish prepared
 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
