Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers
- ½ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ cup Sliced Green Onions
Dressing
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
