Bacon Jack Chicken Sandwich

- 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 4 Hamburger buns toasted
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
3. In another skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each chicken breast and let it melt.
5. Assemble the sandwiches: Place chicken breast on the bottom half of each bun, top with bacon slices, and cover with the top half of the bun.
