Baked Eggs Recipe
Simple and delicious baked eggs, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chopped Chives optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease the ramekins with butter or cooking spray.
Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
Pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream over the eggs in each ramekin.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
Garnish with chopped chives if desired and serve immediately.
