Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Chives optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease the ramekins with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream over the eggs in each ramekin.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives if desired and serve immediately.
