Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Ham about 8-10 pounds
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
Bake the ham for 1 ½ hours.
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves.
Remove the ham from the oven, uncover, and brush the glaze over the ham.
Return the ham to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
