Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center to the tail, and pull apart the shell slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
