Ingredients

  • 1 lb Scallops fresh or thawed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the scallops in a baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the scallops.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
