Baked Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
