Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Lightly grease the waffle iron and pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
