- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Place beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
2. Add barbecue sauce, beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
4. Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker.
5. Serve on sandwich buns.
