Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Carrots chopped
- 2 cups Celery chopped
- 2 cups Onions chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic smashed
- 8 cups Water
- 2 pieces Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
1. In a large pot, combine all the ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Strain the stock through a fine-mesh strainer.
4. Let it cool, then store in the refrigerator or freezer.
