Ingredients

  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 2 cups Celery chopped
  • 2 cups Onions chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 8 cups Water
  • 2 pieces Bay Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine all the ingredients.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Strain the stock through a fine-mesh strainer.
  4. 4. Let it cool, then store in the refrigerator or freezer.
