  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
