Cabbage Beef Soup Recipe
A hearty, comforting soup made with tender beef and fresh cabbage.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 large Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
