Cabbage Roll Casserole
A hearty and comforting cabbage roll casserole that's easier to make than traditional cabbage rolls.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the skillet. Stir to combine.
In a baking dish, layer half of the chopped cabbage, then half of the meat mixture. Repeat layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese if using, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
