Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Small Head of Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 6 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and uncooked rice.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the cabbage and rice are tender.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
