Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Hash Browns
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, cook the hash browns until golden brown.
  3. 3. Push the hash browns to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  4. 4. Mix the hash browns and eggs together, then crumble the bacon on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
