Caprese Salad Recipe
A simple and fresh Italian salad made with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

- 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
- 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze optional
1. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate, alternating between them.
2. Tuck basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, if using.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
