Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season pork chunks with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
  2. 2. Place pork in the pressure cooker. Add orange juice, chicken broth, garlic, and onion.
  3. 3. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
  4. 4. Let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. 5. Remove pork and shred with two forks. Optionally, broil shredded pork in the oven for crispy edges.
