A delicious and easy Chicken Philly recipe perfect for a quick dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mixture among the hoagie rolls. Top with provolone cheese slices.
Place sandwiches under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
