Chicken Soup Base Recipe
This is a simple and hearty chicken soup base recipe that you can customize with your favorite vegetables and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 liters Water
- 2 whole Carrots peeled and chopped
- 2 stalks Celery chopped
- 1 whole Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, combine the chicken pieces and water. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, skimming off any foam.
3. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Simmer for another 25 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
