Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots sliced
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes.
