Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe
A classic, creamy pasta dish with chicken and mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Add the shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
