Chicken Tikka Masala
A classic Indian dish with marinated chicken pieces cooked in a creamy tomato sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt for marination
- 2 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, garam masala, paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onions are golden brown.
3. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
4. Pour in the tomato sauce and heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot with rice or naan.
