Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Chopped apples Use any variety you like
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • ½ cup Chopped walnuts Toasted, if desired
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped apples, chopped celery, and chopped walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
