A refreshing and light chilled strawberry soup, perfect for summer days.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Strawberries hulled
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve cold, garnished with mint leaves or a dollop of yogurt if desired.
