Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 Hoagie rolls
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Chop the beef and onions together in the skillet.
  5. Place cheese slices on top of the beef and let melt.
  6. Toast hoagie rolls in the skillet.
  7. Assemble the sandwich by placing the beef and cheese mixture into the hoagie rolls.
