Chorizo Breakfast Burritos Recipe
A hearty and flavorful breakfast burrito packed with spicy chorizo, eggs, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chorizo
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 4 Large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Salsa optional
Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs. Melt butter in the skillet and scramble the eggs until cooked through.
Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
Assemble burritos by layering chorizo, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and salsa (if using) in each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
