Ciabatta Grinder Salad Sandwich Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 rolls Ciabatta rolls
- 200 g Salami thinly sliced
- 200 g Ham thinly sliced
- 200 g Provolone cheese sliced
- 1 Lettuce shredded
- 2 Tomatoes sliced
- 1 Red onion thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup Olive oil
- 0.25 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
3. Brush the cut sides of the ciabatta rolls with the dressing mixture.
4. Layer the salami, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion on the bottom halves of the rolls.
5. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches. Press down gently to compress the sandwich.
6. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
