  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve and enjoy!
