City Chicken Recipe
City Chicken is a dish consisting of cubes of meat, typically pork, that are breaded and fried, then baked. Despite its name, it doesn't contain chicken.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork, cubed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Thread the pork cubes onto skewers.
Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the meat in the flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Brown the skewers on all sides.
Place the browned skewers in a baking dish. Pour chicken broth over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
