Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • ½ cup Grape Jelly

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Heat over medium heat until jelly is melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat.
  7. Serve warm.
