Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 4 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for toasting
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice. Toast the bread in a frying pan until golden brown.
  3. Spread the crab mixture evenly on two slices of toasted bread. Top with the remaining slices.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
