Creamed Eggs on Toast

Main Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 4 slices Toast
- Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Toast the bread slices.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened.
5. Add the eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are set but still creamy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the creamed eggs over the toasted bread slices.
