Crisp Corn Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
