Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 pound Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup Pickle juice
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Dill weed
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped pickles and pickle juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream and flour until smooth.
  5. 5. Gradually add sour cream mixture to the soup, stirring constantly.
  6. 6. Add dill weed, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
