- 6 eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly browned on top.
