Main Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage shredded
- 6 slices bacon chopped
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside. 
- 2. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent. 
- 3. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes. 
- 4. Stir in the cooked bacon, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes. 
- 5. Serve hot.
