- 1 head cabbage shredded
- 6 slices bacon chopped
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked bacon, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
