  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk and minced garlic. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  5. 5. Fry chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove chicken from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
