- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk and minced garlic. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
5. Fry chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
6. Remove chicken from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
