  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil cauliflower florets in a pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and pepper to the blender.
  4. 4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
