Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Boil cauliflower florets in a pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender.
3. Add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and pepper to the blender.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Serve hot.
