  • 400 g Penne Pasta
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic and oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
