Garlic Scape Pesto Recipe
A fresh and flavorful pesto made with garlic scapes.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Garlic Scapes chopped
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Combine garlic scapes, Parmesan, pine nuts, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped.
With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until smooth.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
