Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water for syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cups Cold Water
  • to taste Ice Cubes

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, 1 cup water, and grated ginger. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. Strain the ginger syrup into a pitcher, discarding the ginger solids.
  3. Add lemon juice and 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well.
  4. Serve over ice and enjoy!
