Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cubed
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. 2. Add the cubed chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add the diced onion, sliced carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the frozen peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
