  • 500 g Green Beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add green beans and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until beans are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
