Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush tortillas with olive oil on one side.
  3. 3. Place one tortilla, oil side down, on the grill.
  4. 4. Add shredded chicken, cheese, bell pepper, and onion on top of the tortilla.
  5. 5. Place another tortilla on top, oil side up.
  6. 6. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove from grill, cut into wedges, and serve.
