Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Cod about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley optional, for garnish
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the cod fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
