Grilled Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Pineapple fresh or canned
- 4 pieces Burger Buns
- ¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken breasts with teriyaki sauce.
3. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. During the last few minutes of grilling, add the pineapple slices to the grill and cook until they are caramelized.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until they are lightly browned.
6. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, adding the grilled chicken, pineapple slices, and shredded lettuce.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
